William Hogan Field is located in central Dunville. Driving on route 100, take the turn off to Lake’s Road and then onto Follett’s Lane.
This ball park is dedicated to William Hogan, a long time builder, supporter and softball enthusiast. He was the main force in the construction of an international class softball facility in Dunville. He played a major role in successful efforts to have softball teams enter and participate in competitions at provincial and national levels. In some cases he coached or managed these teams but in the majority of cases his vital backing and support were provided simply to allow young female and male athletes to have the opportunity to experience the benefits of such travel and competition. William Hogan was inducted into the Softball Hall of Fame in the Builder Category in 1981.
This memorial park is a lighted softball field with dugouts, and electronic scoreboard and bleachers. It is host to number of softball tournaments during July and August.
