The Town of Placentia does not own, operate, or make decisions on behalf of the Eastern Regional Service Board (ERSB). Our role is to provide information and assistance to residents where possible.
To apply for an access card:
-Download the application form from the ERSBNL website, or
-Pick up a paper copy at the Placentia Town Hall. Town staff are happy to assist you with completing and submitting your application.
If you have already submitted your application and have been waiting an extended period, we encourage you to follow up directly with ERSB to ensure there are no discrepancies or issues with your submission.
