The Office to Advance Women Apprentices is offering a free in person workshop “Mentoring Women in Trades, through Awareness and Understanding”, in Central NL in August. This 6 hour workshop was created with the purpose to reduce workplace cultural barriers and create a positive and healthy mentor/mentee relationship for women in trades.
This event will happen in Placentia on August 24th. A great opportunity for JPs, Supervisors and employers to get additional training to support WIT and increase their diversity awareness in compliance with DEI requirements. Please visit www.womenapprentices.ca
