Fire Protection

The Placentia Fire Department is dedicated to protecting lives, property, and the environment in our community. Our trained team of firefighters provides fire suppression, emergency responses, fire prevention, and public education services. PLACENTIA HEALTH CENTRE

The Placentia Health Centre located in the town of Placentia, provides in-patient and out-patient care.

The Centre has:

  • 10 inpatient beds, including a palliative care room
  • Quiet room available for family
  • Three beds for 24-hour emergency care

The Centre offers:

  • ambulatory care services,
  • EKG and Holter monitoring,
  • blood pressure monitoring,
  • outpatient clinic
  • intravenous medications, and
  • chemotherapy.
