Public Notice: High Tides
Restricted Access – Orcan Drive
The Town of Placentia is advising residents of high tides expected on:
February 4, 5 and 6
February 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19
Restricted Access
To help reduce traffic and minimize flooding impacts to nearby properties, access to Orcan Drive will be restricted.
Residents and motorists are asked to respect all barricades and posted signage.
Driving through tidal water increases wave action and water flow, which can push additional water onto residents’ properties.
Placentia Aware Communication System
Residents are encouraged to sign up for the Town’s mass notification system to receive updates and alerts.
