NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
On July 22, 2026 The Town Of Placentia advertised for
public input on proposed changes to the Municipal Plan
and Development Regulations 2014-2024. Amendment No 3, 2026 proposed changes from 32.0 metres to 200.0metres for maximum length of backlot access from a public road. Submissions outlining concerns were required to be made to the Town two days before the hearing date.
Because the foregoing deadline has passed without any submissions, the Town of Placentia hereby advises thatThe Public Hearing scheduled for August 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall has been cancelled.
