Water Conservation
The Town of Placentia is encouraging all residents and businesses to help conserve water as the recent hot, dry weather has resulted in declining water levels in our water supply.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to:
- Limit lawn and garden watering during the hottest part of the day.
- Avoid washing vehicles, driveways, and sidewalks.
- Repair leaking faucets, toilets, and outdoor taps.
- Run dishwashers and washing machines only with full loads.
- Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.
- Use water wisely in your home and business whenever possible.
By making small changes to our daily routines, we can all help protect our community’s water supply.
